Hey, for future showcases, you could showcase projects that used your tutorials like the platformer tutorial and that ended up using those tutorials to create something original.

This video differs from the ones you usually make, and I actually really like it. Scratch is where I learned to code, but in recent years I've moved to using game editors like Unreal Engine and Unity because they have a lot more capabilities. However, I still have a soft spot for Scratch. These videos, tutorials, and now "Game Jams" do a really good job of inspiring people and teaching people how to code, especially when you add a sense of friendly competition when reviewing them. When looking at these projects, it even makes me want to get back in Scratch and start making stuff. Generally, I think that all of this is really cool.

How do I make a gravity script for a geometry dash knockoff? Currently when you change the gravity it just sticks to the ground. edit: nvm I figured it out

Put a block which runs without screen refresh, then constantly make a variable, yspeed, change by -2.5 or so. Then make an if/else statement, and put if yspeed is less than zero, repeat until not touching ground, change y by 1 and set yspeed to 0. Else, change y by -1, set yspeed to 0. If you don't understand this, you can send the project link and I can help.

Hi Griffpatch, I've never reached out before, I've been building an Mmorpg in scratch over the last 8 months. I believe it will be finished in the next month or so. Keep an eye out for Otonomos, I'm not sure I'm reinventing the wheel or anything. However, I've managed to add ~200 items over 4 skills +crafting +combat with all skills and combat leveling up to 100. Tracking players online and when they leave. Player saving All that's left is player data loading, trading, and Dungeons. I have also developed a never before seen scratch mechanic. I'm positive my wife will be very happy when it's done. Not sure if anyone cares, this is my first time posting about it, any feed back from anyone good or bad, I'd cool by me. I would just love to be in one of these videos one day.

I love to see you make a match 3 game like candy crush with it’s own powerups and it own tile sets and it own type of obstacles and objectives you have to complete in amount of moves And if you do that because I love level editors you can add a level editor if you want to
