The Best Garlic Bread Out There😍
1 loaf of bread
1 stick butter
1 head of garlic ( Slice the top off, cover in olive oil and foil, and bake at 400F for 1 hour)
1-2 Serrano peppers
4-5 Calabrian Chilis
1 tsp chili flakes
1 ounce Parmesan cheese
Cilantro or parsley to taste
2 ounce mozzarella cheese

I once worked in a Italian restaurant in 2005. I was part of the kitchen porter team, and at the end of shift, staff was allowed to eat something from the menu. I made a garlic bread with mushroom and cheese (I drizzled the garlic butter over the mushrooms), then cheese on top. the chefs gave me proper dirty looks haha. I told the head chef to try it, he was like nah nah nah, I said just try it if your not allergic, he absolutely loved it and asked how, and said garlic, melted butter and mushrooms work wonders together. He asked what I called it, I replied a fungi garlic bread with cheese..... it was on the menu the next week.

Umm, this is the way everyone cooks mushrooms. Look up sautéed mushrooms, which is the most common way of cooking mushrooms. It's butter/oil, garlic, mushrooms, salt..

Don't know if you would read this But, lately I think you tend to do similar recipes like wings and hash browns, recipes that's closer to your comfort zone. Since you said the GB was here on youtube to prove that anyone can cook, I miss the more traditional or food-culture related recipes like that birria or the bibim guksu or the grape leaves vid. Creating content is very tough, and I have mad respect for you anytime I get to see you on my shorts page But seeing you trying recipies from other culture or respecting your own really makes the vids interesting. Hello a Arab person I would like to say thank u for taking interest in our culture! If u like spicy food I recommend trying to do something called batata harra, u need only 3 stuff and u can add whatever type of spice u want, and falafel, and also we eat this in the morning but ful it's really good!! And in summer we eat something called kibbeh and Laban itsss really good it's my favorite!! So u can eat this in the morning and as a dessert it's called Kanafeh and u can eat it with some kind of bread but I don't know the name sorry 😭, and I love kafta u can add sliced potatoes (in circles) and fry them as usual not for too much because u will have to back them with the kafta u put water and tomato souce, if u want some type of salads I recommend fattoush, this is a morning food too its called manakish its soo good and popular in the middle east, and a other type of salad is tabouleh its often eaten with fish or when do BBQ, and also we have sfeeha which is literally my favorite food I like it a lot! That's all I have tbh 😭😭 hope u try them if u want I can write in a other comment some of our deserts which are amazing!

With the fat from the butter, provolone with a skim mottz is the best cheeses on top. I make a version of this weekly and getting the bread not soaked in fat is key. Also a little cumin and sesame seeds go a long way
