Wait, I didn't see instructions on how long or at what temperature to bake them? And how some were golden and others were dark at the end?

Bake at 160 °C for 11 minutes. My gingerbread is 1cm thick. If your gingerbread is thinner, reduce the baking time. The dark ones are a different dough:) Here's a link to the dough kzbin.info/www/bejne/iardppuijK57Zsk
