👉 INGREDIENTS:

For the filo dough:
75 g corn starch
25 g potato starch
1 g xanthan gum
1 g salt
5 g sugar
175 g water
50-60 g butter for separating the slices
For the filling:
200-250 g walnuts, pistachios or almonds.
25 g sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
For the syrup:
75 g sugar
200 g water
150 g honey
4 cloves
Juice of half a lemon
