The method looks great but these were definitely overcooked. Liver cooks very fast and you want it to be around medium rare to medium
@phonghoangnghia13893 жыл бұрын
It should be overcooked.i can agree that rare or medium rare meats are nice but organs needs to be overcooked cause rare organs are not safe and not good for your health
@GeneralSpecific33 жыл бұрын
@@phonghoangnghia1389 This is not true at all. Organ meats, especially liver above all, are fantastic for your health. Liver is one of the healthiest foods on the planet

@@phonghoangnghia1389 I still disagree. Dr Paul Saladino went on the Joe Rogan podcast and fed Rogan raw liver. The more cooked it is, the less nutrition you get. I believe only the outside surface of beef liver needs to be cooked. The inside can be more rare

My defnition of Grill , is food should be exposed to fire directly , grilling on copper mat is not much different from cooking in a copper pan on stove top.

Yes you right but this way it cooks rather than burn but that can be another method too

Ruined with all the herbs and spices good quality liver sould always be pan fried with a pinch of salt the meat speaks for itself no need for all the garnish
