This is my first charcoal grill after a lifetime of gas. kzbin.infoUgkxBPjh-m7-eaAjTEt8BOZRSRRxXqxiI90W The food in it turns out great. Also, the ash remover makes it easy to clean.The base is sturdy and it has ample space inside.I use a chimney to get it started, and it seems pretty efficient. One chimney is enough to cook a whole lot of meat and still keeps burning. If you close the vents it cools down well making it so the coals remaining are still usable as supporting cast members (you still need fresh coals to get them going.I was going to get something bigger, but realized with coal, bigger is just more wasteful and harder to cook with.

What is the temperature setting of the grill? High? Medium? Low? All I got was "it's really hot"
@r34ct4
@r34ct4 3 жыл бұрын
As hot as you can get it. Because the chicken is so thin it cooks in ~2min per side. (4min)

Just made fajitas and grilled the chicken just as you said. Also the jalapeno cream sauce looked SOOO right as a compliment to the chicken. Well, I made the sauce and WOW!!! So delicious and chicken was moist. This dish was not just great, it was DAMN GREAT!!!! 😋. Thank you much and looking forward to more recipes.

I like to marinate chicken breast in Italian dressing for 2 hrs. (Note to self) It doesn't "stick" to the grill.

I know people that do that, it drives me up the wall, its not my thing. Pretty soon those same people are puting ribeye steaks in italian dressing and i just want to go home at that point.

Mijemu mijemu it’s quick and simple and I’ve always had juicy tender chicken with it. Now, anyone that would dare put a ribeye in Italian dressing deserves a death sentence
