27:03 What happened here is that the impact with the water appears to have taken out your elevators, which provide pitch (nose up/nose down) control. Without the elevators, you had no way to control pitch, so the plane nosed up higher and higher until it lost airspeed, at which point it stalled. Since you had no pitch control, you couldn't point the nose downward to pick up speed, so you crashed the plane.
