If your hands are fast enough you don't need many fingers, this is proved in many eSports plays, you need great aim and better game sense to improve

Hey man, I see that your fps fluctuates a lot. Even if you don't need it, I recommend you to lower your graphics to the minimum. Though it might look pretty bad, your gameplay will improve a lot. But hey, just an opinion! Do what you keep doing and you're sure to succeed brother!

You can try using thumb sleeves, or making where you play in cooler

You can do battle pass missions to get boxes, which you can sell for gold when the battle pass skins are on the market, you can also save up coins and open boxes hoping that you will be lucky to get a good skin to sell :)
