I would say for the recovery area, it would make more sense to use vibrant colors and make it feel like a zen🧘‍♂️ space and recovery. With some real plants and running water fountains. The walls should be white with natural light and some vibrant accent colors. I would look up colors that make people feel relaxed. because you are already leaving a dark gym to go into another dark area. Recovery is about relaxing the body and mind after a hard workout. Or just releasing stress. I'm just saying 🤷🏾‍♂️best of luck

Great job on all the updates Christian! The recovery area is going to be awesome by the looks of it. The key words you mentioned in this video is "optimize space to generate revenue ." That's so true and it's evident you're putting a good amount of effort into doing this. Your changes to the membership plans are fair. In the end you'll never make everyone happy. The middle ground approach is definitely the way to go. You're definitely adding more value by offering more services. I hope you will consider Canada 🇨🇦 as a location for your expansion in the future. Continued success with everything!

After seeing just the massage chair portion I was going to recommend red therapy/sauna room or cold plunges, which is cool you are implementing that! Another super cool thing to add while people are in massages chairs is potential for IV drip options for hydration, supplementation, etc

Check it out for your self. I’ve been a couple times and by far the best gym facility I’ve ever seen. If anything is rusty then it would we in gym #2 but if you don’t like it that’s why they have the best equipment available in gym #1
