So… absolutely no tricks worked for me (for now) Until I spitted my pill into my fingers and saw it started to melt, then, I got scared that I would waste it so I nervously and QUICKLY put the pill in my mouth and drank some cranberry and raspberry juice and it worked! for the people who still can't swallow, try this hack (capsules only btw). Put the capsule on ur tongue, take a big gulp of water but don't swallow and wait for it to dissolve and break a little then put ur head forward then swallow. hope this helps
