The Best Halo Halo (Halo Halo History)

Hi Everyone,
Please check out and share this new show called Best Of that i put together with American Tourister. It's going to be a slightly informative, mostly fun series that focuses on what can be considered the Best Of something. Whether it's a dish, a location, a mountain, a festival and basically anything that can be categorized.
For the first episode, we set out in the sweltering heat of Manila on a quest to find the best Halo Halo to cool off with. Obviously we didn't get to try ALL the restaurants that serve Halo Halo, only a few we thought would be interesting.
We are definitely down to do a part 2, so feel free to send us your recommendations.

Im French Filipino, i work in the restaurant, bar and production industries. I create food and travel content.

How did you get into youtube?
I've always loved making food videos and that's how it started. KZbin starts off as a passion. Dont get into it if you are looking to make it your job. It doesn't work that way :)
Why arent you on TV?
Because the internet is easier and its free for you guys hahaha! Also we are currently working on producing TV shows ourselves and i have some TV shows floating around.

This was a really fun video and now I'm CRAVING some good halo-halo. Unfortunately, there aren't many place around me where I can get good halo-halo. Probably the BEST halo-halo I've ever had was a fresh fruit halo-halo at a cafe in Tagbilaran, Bohol that was run by and for a group benefiting the deaf-mute community there. But my aunt said that it's not there anymore. Anyway, enjoyed this vid. Keep them coming!

i truly agree with you because i remember my history class that after japan open their country to foreigner Japanese start to traveled to Taiwan and PH for exchanging commodities. It takes 1 month to travel by boats from Manila to Japan they're not only changing good but they exchanges food as well

Halo halo with lots of milk, macapuno and ube ice cream, pinipig, sweetened lanka, red beans, that candied white beans, candied kundol(wintermelon), macapuno strips and nata de coco and corn. Yum... oh and halayang ube and leche flan on top

I totally agree that kabigting is the best! I actually liked icebergs super halo2x but when i tried kabigting it became my favorite halo2x! (Tried it prior to watching this video!)
