Many of my favorites were discovered based on your recommendations! Other sauces I really enjoy that are low points: Panera at Home Poppyseed Dressing (2 TB = 1 pt), Rao’s Pizza Sauce (1/4 cup = 1 pt), Tostitos Queso Blanco (2 TB = 1 pt) and ChocZero’s caramel syrup, maple syrup and chocolate syrup (1 TB = 1 pt), really delicious and no funky aftertaste.

YAY! I'm a sauce gal! I have found that all my sauces need to be swapped out for lighter options. Thanks for the ideas!

Great video! Today I made an easy zero point sauce to use with my hearts of palm chicken sausage veggie dish. 1/4 C Plain Greek yogurt, 1/4 tsp jarred garlic, capers, pepper, salt. Mix it in with the meal, add a Tbsp Parmesan. Fabulous quick meal. Total 2 points for the whole shebang. 1 for the sausage and 1 for the Parmesan.

It's so sweet when you finally lose that unwanted weight. I lost 109 pounds (half the weight of a refrigerator) in less than 4 months and have kept it off since then. Just like every woman struggling with weight loss now, I yoyoed for years - staying on track for a month or 2, losing a few lbs in the process before falling off. And each time I fell off, I just gained the weight back plus more. In July 2021, I was at my heaviest - 255 lbs... See full story on my channel.

I agree! Bolthouse dressings are all so delicious! But I have to be careful of the expiration date when I buy them. They are yogurt after all! Love your channel, Nikki! I bought your recipe book! You’re a very talented cook & baker! Keep up the great work!! I’ll keep watching!

I agree. I am the only one who eats them so I end up throwing away so much of the Bolthouse. But they are definitely good!

Great info! Loved the video. I love many of the G Hugh’s sauces as well. I love the chicken one, also the ketchup. I recently ran out and had to use regular ketchup. I couldn’t eat it. For some reason, I now don’t like the regular.

It’s good to see most grocery stores are now carrying a selection of point friendly items. This was not always the case. Recently found Skinny Girl salad dressings at Harris Teeter. They also carry Walden Farms salad dressings and two tablespoons of the Asian one is zero points. Did not know about some of the Bolthouse dressings you showed so will keep a watch out for them. Nice video.

Enjoyed hearing about the sauces, I too enjoy having them and find many with higher points and added sugar I like G.hughes and bolthouse as well. I have not seen that thousand island one around. I must find that. I have not had thousand island dressing in a long time lol.

I loved this video. I only have the budget to purchase a couple of sauces at a time. It helps me to narrow down my selection. I also loved the tip about pasta and pizza sauce. Thank you!

My absolute favorite sauces I’ve found are the G Hughes sauces, which was thanks to you and Adam. G Hughes Hickory BBQ, Cluckin Sauce (Chick-Fil-A sauce), Ketchup, and Honey Mustard have been absolute staples. 3 Tbsp for 0 points or up to 10 Tbsp for 1 point. Thanks for that recommendation!!

Ty for these awesome ideas, some of which I already use! My fav jam/jelly rn is by Chia Smash; you can have 3 Tbs for 1 point or 6 for 2 points; SO delish! I put it in my Greek yogurt & cottage cheese & of course now I have to make a PB&J! :-)

I have tried using silken tofu in place of mayo for chicken/tuna salad. Zero points. Just make sure it's non-GMO soy/tofu. I actually was told to try it by a friend who owned a deli who said they made all their salads with the silken tofu instead of mayo!
