There is a slight error in the Morphling section where we show the image of Attribute Shift when suggesting to max out Attributes. This is meant to be the Attribute Points you can opt to get in the Talent Tree area. Lately, I tried to fit in alternative suggestions for best heroes to help give you even more options/reasons to play those heroes. What do you think, does it help you more?

DK feels like the only truly busted carry in my games right now. Dominates the lane, farms super fast with the cleave facet and it’s very tanky so very hard to gank him. And then late game he has like 5k hp as a ranged hero with 75% physical resist and a ton of HP regen

I can't thank you enough for your guide, but one thing that concerns me is how players in lower ranks tend to follow it blindly. If you could consider changing the order of the items, it would greatly benefit those who rely on it. For example, purchasing a stick before a Wraith Band, or making sure that BKB isn’t listed as the last or an optional item, since most players struggle to play effectively without BKB.

Riki's been doing well for me in pubs. Some people just don't want to buy force staff or bkb, leading to ez smoke ganks. His 3rd also kinda screws over a lot of the melee carries rn even if they buy bkb like Jugg, PA, Sven. He's got a high kill potential in the early game after getting diffusal, paired with the contract killer facet snowballs into one of the fastest leveling heroes in the game.

as for me pos 1 : top pick would be DK (crazy tanky, farm fast, scale to late game), even when you lose the lane, simple dragon form with dagger can do lot in teamfight pos 2 : agree on your list, also zeus rightclick is still viable pos 3 : broodmother with drum + khanda, can go classic orhcid if necessary pos 4 and 5 : lich + strong laner (ursa,mk, alche in safelane or axe, beastmaster, centa --> lane won), it just way too good. no mana problem so that you can focus on other item and other regen instead. shadow demon and marci also my top pick, good teamfight support overall

Abbadon 4/5 works really well or me. I have like 40 wins out of 53 matches. I normally go 3 item every game ie. holy locket, pipe/solar, aghs then late game some aura like AC, crimson, boots of bearing, GG etc depend on game. Originally I was a carry player but rn my ls so terrible that I play supp, I don't have similar reaction time as I use to in my 20s so I play mostly lazy heroes like abbadon warlock lich XD. Btw great guides, help a lot to keep up with changes.

Abaddon has been insane this patch. The fact that you can’t focus a target without needing to burn through a multiple aphotic shields plus solar, all while it being spammed coil. And if you try to focus Abba, he’s got a cool 6 seconds of invulnerability. I usually go Crest/Mek as 5 or Drums/Vlads as 4. The hero has solely helped me inch closer to a 50% winrate after I dropped it off a cliff years ago.

i have been nyx spammer and recently avoiding nyx 1st pick bcs there's no particular buff and pretty much non-flexible build. He's also not the strongest laner against bulky-aggresive carry and have difficulty ganking before lvl 6. But i guess d2pt score doesn't lie. He's currently sitting at top 5 pos4 with dagon & scuttle facet (default build). While its true he's strong against particular heroes mentioned above, its rare that the enemy will try to pick bad heroes into nyx 1st pick. I guess i have to revisit nyx again and feel the potential myself

I personally never win with Nyx. The big issue is you can end up as dead weight really fast if you don't reach your item timings

is condemned still the way to go facet for tb? i feel like conjure image facet is really good too for an offlane tb. since the illu spawns at full health even though it costs tb a little bit of hp to summon an illu, but he can sunder the full hp illu which is just right next to him than going to the enemy for sunder. idk if its really that good since its the only thing i find good with that facet aside from farming, which it can be a good sustain at some point, also to last longer at teamfights since he may have fast regen with pipe but he can still die pretty quick with his low hp pool

I've just started Dota again in the recent months after not playing since 2015. Back then I only played Slardar and Viper. Due to crappy latency, however, I just explored the possibility of playing 4 and 5. Tried Lich and he's just crazy strong. Your guide certainly helps alot. It's crazy that every his skill actually do something directly significant in laning and teamfights. For Ogre Magi, my regular lanemate usually recommends Blink Dagger, which is interestingly not included in your guide even as situational item. I play on low skill level games, but knowing the reason sure would helps.

Terrorblade with facet condemned remove the limiter minimum threshold it so OP, you can also go armlet, dagger, dagon build, but it only works low rank, if want high rank with this build, you must cooperate teams

not meta but still playing hoodwink 4. she can just find the farm anywhere and carry fights from the backline. plus with that farm it's easy to afford detection and the acorn tree dewards are key. Love me supps that can use spells to see up cliffs.

@@gimmiegimson1748 his kit just work, even when countered (mostly his black hole, either silencer/ww/warlock). His presence and other skill is scaling late game (eidolon with talent/facet and midnight pulse is hp% based damage) and if used right blackhole is winning condition in somematch.

any good enigma can take enemy tier 1 at 6-7 mins. and take over enemy jungle unless you go medusa or gyro to get rid of the eidolons

Just like darkseer (cant go wrong to pick, winning pick if played well) The one thing that abolish his laning still WW and warlock, they can easily kill eidolons before spawning. Even forced to jungle he still do good job at that 😂

Hello ive been playing timber mid and I really have trouble can someone help me it feels like a bad idea to level any points into chains when going mid because there's not a lot of trees to play off of can someone tell me if this is true or not

That's true. You max out Whirling Death mid. My Timbersaw guide is for Pos 3. Mid goes Chakram facet and maxes out Whirling Death. He's a really good hero against Str. heroes like Dragon Knight and Alchemist. Here's Dota2ProTracker for Mid: dota2protracker.com/hero/Timbersaw

Great guide , gonna throw in my 2 cents. - don't think nyx is good at all vs dk, he shrugs off nyx's damage like it's nothing, definitely can't solo him at any point in the game (nyx is quite awful vs all strength heroes) -i feel like Lina has been good with this build for a long time even before this small buff, also most pro games pick ET (who got buffed) with her hence why she's popular now -as much as I love ursa I just don't believe he's meta..too kitable and dies too stuns ukes easily

DK is the top 5 worst carry heroes to play vs. Nyx. But of course if you fight DK late-game, you will lose.

Gyro is broken hero with Facet 1. He has Physical and Magical Aoe damage. Incredible strong in team fights and can join every fight from lvl 6 when he has ulty… Try this item build as pos 1: 3 iron branches, Blades of attack, tangos by courier. Laning stage: Magic Wand, Falcon, Treads Mid game: Crystalis and go BKB(secure your damage from third abillity which can do damage with cryst, stats and Falcon and do Ultimate in them) Finish Deadlus, Increase your Aoe Physical damage with Scepter and go other situational items(Butterfly, Satanic, MKB, Skadi, Linken, whatever you need) Have a lot of succes with Facet 1 even when i play him as position 2. Very very strong hero. But try this build belive me, Agha Scepter is not strong before Daedalus and BKB on this hero. And only thing that you need to be afraid are axe, lc , magnus and meele basher heroes, but with Ultimate you can join fights from distance and in right time go in with auto attack. P. S just dont pick him into NyX. Take some strenght carry.
