Supply Moisture is great for a weapon DPS build for Valby, and can be used here as well. It’s definitely very useful. I have a weapon build coming out soon focusing less on the ability spam play style in terms of damage and just using her abilities for weapon dmg increase!

@@Eefann water play is only slightly better than bubble bullet (which is not always true) when supply moisture is buffing your dmg of everything, skills and weapon, bubble bullet with supply moisture is just better because of crit you cant use both so supply moisture is just better i was playing with water play for some time and i struggled, i changed it to supply moisture and my dmg is just insane

(errors removed) Supply moisture is pretty much mandatory on valby. Your spell crit will get a 5x multiplier AFTER all crit increases. Weapon crit increases by a flat 20% additive on basecrit before all crit increases. This means you can sit at 60% spellcrit and 50% crit+ on weapons just by standing on a watery surface. Tamer with 50% crit is damn insane. The mod is seriously busted as hell for 4 cost.

the supply moisture is insane bro. It give you 20% (stack able crit rate) My gun when form 30% to over 60% crit rate and skill when form 10% to 63%. this got to be the best mod on any char in the game

The tradeoff is the cooldown decrease for the small damage bump! Also as I said in the comments you can opt for Dim spec if you slot in waterplay because you DONT get the burst from bubble bullet which is what we were building into with the fusion spec no water play :)

If you look at her stats it shows how useless building crit on her is. Her base chance is under 10%.

Waterplay is Bis. It has its own new skill dmg modifier. Bubble bullet is garbage, wont hit where you want 50% of the time, therefore not getting value from the max dmg, and bubble bullet dmg modifier is tied to its max range requirement. With enough cd/skill duration you can stack 2 of them on top of each other with massive range( not gonna talk about how its got its own new 300% max range limit, but not worth overstacking range since other skills max at 200%) Also Dimension master is BiS since you get both damage modifier, needing the base Skill power the most

When running water play this is correct! I left the option open for both, some enjoy the bubble bullet, I personally don’t but if you can reliably learn the range and consistently hit near perfect bubble bullets it will be great damage. But for ability caster builds like this, WP is better to slot 85% of the time!

I don’t mind them criticizing I enjoy learning an especially in a game like this I know I won’t always be right, however, if I myself was to recommend watching any other build it would be Aznvasions , been following his content since warframe and hes very smart with stuff like this! Keep in mind his build is a weapon platform build so it won’t be ability based like mine but a great build nonetheless!

You can say endgame with a 200k thunder cage i have a 460k thunder solo all boss on hard and a willpower 600k that opti weapon endgame youre are good for mission but not for boss fight on you re thunder cage 😉

Yeah this is a Valby build that can get you through the endgame, not really focused on my thundercage! My tamer is my main DPS not my thundercage!

Bubble bullet is better than waterplay imo. Waterplay takes away impact damage. It seems like most of the transcendent mods kinda suck, they change skills instead of making them better

@@Sodamachine62 well my theory with “Tidal Wave” is that with the transcendent mod it does loads more damage at the cost of no water on the ground. So I’m hoping it’ll hit for over 100k a touch.

No boss fight footage? Need to see the build in action to get a feel of how it performs in terms of dps, fluidity, tankiness, and fun/cool factor, especially against tough bosses. Other than that, it has pretty good details, albeit a bit dry

@@taoday118 I’ll have some solo Valby boss fights posted soon so you can see the gameplay loop. The basis of it is spread water, stand in the water and weapon dps until ability dps becomes available. I also have a weapon based Valby build coming for those who don’t like the ability based gameplay!

Hi Eefann , first of thank you for the guide. I wonder why you use no increased def mod, how do you stay alive with only health? Also the technician mod doesn't go with Fusion Specialist but isn't the tech one better as it's for all our skills or does fusion scale higher?

That’s what I meant when I recommended trying out technician, I must have misspoke, sorry about that. Anyways, yeah the fusion scales higher and produces better DPS but technician does boost all your abilities. It’s only about a 150k DPS loss so nothing too bad.

Emergency Measures comes from hard pyromaniac or sterile land - repository electrick void fragment and NA master from fortress - frozen valley chill void fragment!

they have larger peaks. dimension specialist, and fusion specialist are able to get higher % increases than technician. for example, my technician currently is at 13 capacity and increases by 33.8% but my dimension specialist is at 10 capacity and is already at 32.9%. generally, mods that increase a specific type of skill will increase dmg a lot more than technician, with obvious trade offs like with Viessa. On Viessa, she only has 1 tech skill so increasing tech there is pointless as it hinders the rest of them so technician in that scenario may be better.

Aquicision info said its at a Void Fragment mission in Fotress but i hover over all the Void Fragment there and there is not such mod listed as reward. Or i guess ill have to farm other Fotress missions and pray for it to drop from monsters edit: nevermind i found it! Void Fragment in Frozen Valley region
