Hello Mrinal, I have been to Peter cat thrice and i would still say they are one among the best in Kolkata...Sorry to hear that u had a bad experience...I want to tell you that is quite unsual....May be a bad day with regard to food.....But i would always want to eat from Peter Cat when am gonna travel to Kolkata again...

I also have been to a few restaurants which were overhyped and with a cult status, but only to be disappointed upon trying them. I we had gone to such restaurants without any expectations, probably would've felt them to be average or okay. But when there is too much hype, they charge a lot and with only average food & service, we would be very disappointed.
