I suggest you offset your real estate and get into stocks, A recession as bad it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you’re careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too. My small advice for everyone : pls don't spend more than 25k on a phone irrespective of how rich you are. After that 25k point the only thing that really improves is the camera. If you are really into clicking pictures then buy a real camera.
