I talked with Jason before about getting my driveway paved because that's what one of his businesses does... He gave me some great advice because he's a great guy. The scallops were seared then baked you can tell by the separation of the scallop on the sides it was cooked perfectly ive prepared 1000's of scallops and thick filet steak there cooked exactly the same to get that nice crust and sealing in the juice's excellent..
