📌Ingredients
1 pack chicken breast
1 jerk seasoning
1 Tsp all purpose seasoning
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Tsp smoked paprika
1 Tsp onion powder
1 chicken seasoning
1 spoonful jerk marinate
1 spoon dark soy sauce
1/2 bell pepper
Green/Red
1/2 onion
3 cloves of garlic
Small amount of fresh tyme
Small amount of spring onion
1 1/2 cup mixed vegetables
2 1/2 cup of rice
Dark soy sauce add to your liking
Add your remaining seasoning
1 Spoon sugar
1 Tsp jerk seasoning

This recipe brings back some good memories; I used to work in a bar and the Chef there was a really nice Jamaican guy, any time i was hungry he would make me the best chicken fried rice for free, and this looks the closest thing to it i have seen, Much respect Ganna, hope you doing well wherever you are!
