The best joke from "the initiation", s3 e5, is when Ryan is planting a beet seed and Dwight says "Just as you planted that seed in the ground, I will plant my seed in you". Although this was an alt by Rainn Wilson so it's not a BJ Novak joke. But BJ says himself that he was really annoyed that he'd spent 3 weeks on the script and Rainn was funnier in two seconds.

That's why you do not hang out with people from work out side work, one of my few time I found myself in a muscle car with four co workers doing 100+mph on the freeway, driving past trucks like they were standing still. Then the smell of oil and yeap, he broke something. he was able to drive it still, just not fast. I look back now and think _ unnecessary thrill. Dwight's relatives funeral was a unexpected shock as well. I think Michael went to that.

I never really liked the joke about Dwight asking Toby where is the clitoris. Not only was Dwight having an affair with Angela, but he was also - maybe improbably - portrayed as a ladies man on other occasions. So I always thought it was a lack of continuity. In fact, another of the jokes here is about the women getting on the same cycle. So he's more nerdish than not informed.

The best quote from Diversity Day is duringg the HR seminar. Now this is a simple acronym: H.E.R.O. All you need is Honesty, Empathy, Respect, and Open-minded. Dwight: Excuse me, that's not what it takes to be a hero. Okay, well, what is a hero to you? Dwight: hero kills people, people that wish him harm. A hero is part human and part supernatural. A hero is born out of a childhood trauma, or out of a disaster, and must be avenged. Uh, okay, you're thinking of a superhero…
