You are a delight. I’m sure you don’t want advice but: When making a roux with butter and flour, be sure to stir the flour into the butter well and then cook and stir for 2-3 minutes before adding the cream, in order to make sure all the raw flour is incorporated and cooked through. Your dish will be better and your tummy will thank you,

Olive Garden posted this recipe themselves on their own website. There is only romano and parmesan cheese though, no pecorino. This was not a leak. It was a share by Olive Garden. I do want to try it though. It looks so good.

Hey could you please someday do the real authentic Alfredo recipe. Search Matteo Lane. Authentic Italian Alfredo was invented in a restaurant called Alfredo in Rome. They ONLY use butter and Parmigianno Reggiano.
