For everyone liking "Enhanced Lights and FX" there are two mods on the Nexus called "Ultra Interior Lighting" and "Ultra Exterior Lighting" that work in similar fashion by adding new light sources and shadows. But keep in mind they are also quite performance heavy.

@@thatMPSG not that bloody long. Luxor hd overhaul for me has taken maximum 2 hours and minimum of 45 minutes and I live in the rural suburbs of Pennsylvania. Love fallout 4 always keep up with visual upgrades.

I subscribe, I am interested in your guide. How many fps do you usually have when you play? I put a lot of performance mods on it and it's still going bad haha ​​(in cities of course). The vanilla game is perfect 60Fps all the time everywhere. I have a r7 5700x RTX 2070 16gb ram 3200mhz

Thank you for your support and welcome to my channel! My FPS range between 50-140 depending on the area and situation, in interiors usualy very high. Low FPS in Boston is quite normal for FO4, even for high end systems, becuase of the old unstable game engine, so don't bother about that. Are you playing with locked FPS at 60? That's stock for FO4 and I strongly recommend to unlock these FPS.

@@thatMPSG I don't know how to unlock them but it wouldn't work anyway. my monitor is 60hz haha Are you going to 50 stable in the cities? Will you share what black magic you did: 3?

Check out my modlist in the description, there I listed some important performance tweaks and fixes that helped me alot. Sadly my performance in cities isn't as great as I'm wishing for but thats a common FO4 problem - even modders with the newest high-end hardware have...

I assume the update will bring more stability and better compatibility for newer hardware (+better 4K support). I guess this also means mod compatibilty will be bad for some time becasue bethesda probably will change the games engine.

I didn't notice a performance hit on my system.

thing is, some of them, dont work in vr at all, dont work right or crash the game right away. ELFX for example crashed interioir loadings on 8 buildings so far, nac x isnt full fov, you can always see the none overlayed fallout color scheme in your peripheral view and the overlay drags, meaning it follows your vision with a ~100ms delay.. but the thing is, no one cares about the vr version, while since i went vr, playing games like this flat, feels like going back 3 generations
