Looks nice I clicked on your link in the description to go buy the luggage but then saw the price. A lot of your reviews on equipment seem to be extremely expensive I don't see how the average rider could afford all of that stuff. Could you start reviewing some items that are decent quality the average rider can afford?

Hey John! Very cool. I hadn’t seen this bag system before. Makes perfect sense for your type of touring. I’d recommend that you add the H-D P&A docking hardware lock(s) to your detachable luggage rack. While you’re taking your bag into the hotel room each night, it makes little sense to have your bag locked to a rack when the rack can be quickly removed with the bag attached and taken in seconds while you eat or use the restroom. Salute!

Like the saddlebag connectors that r flat looks like a good thing better than the stock hooks... and what is the quilted kinda saddlebag inserts or linings u have in ur bags? R they Harley or after market? Look nice... could I still fit a half helmet as I sometimes do now in the bag with those liners?

Yes you can open bags and yes that’s the waterproof over. But I rode 400 miles from Maine in the pouring rain without the cover on when I got home bag was dry 👍

Ut-O! Looks like the HD mothership finally caught onto rickrack. Can’t find the required HD rack anywhere on the line, let alone with RR. RR has been ‘available for back order’ on the combo kits for couple months now.😮 Personally, can’t wait any longer so gonna bite the bullet, spend more $ 😢, and go aftermarket tour pack. RR could do themselves a sold and post some info on their website other than available for back order. Kinda shady, imho.

Nice! I really like it, I have a new Harley Onyx touring bag but I may return it and get this. I have the exact same rack as you although mine was not purchased through Harley. Hopefully it fits as yours do!

I used the Rik Rak until it came off my bike on Rt 78 in New Jersey. I believe the hardware failed and you couldn’t give me another one for free
