Marshmallow cream on top of the cookie lol it gets a little messy but delicious. Also you can sprinkle some cinnamon on top of the cream for more flavor 😋

@@syrianeats9328 I’m sorry to bother you again. I live in Mexico and I have every single ingredient, including the wooden Maamoul form. I even ordered some semolina flour from my first try making these cookies. However I do not know what Indian wheat flour is. I have almond flour, unbleached white flour, and semolina. I can buy garbanzo, amaranth and whole wheat here. Can you guide me for a substitute for the Indian wheat flour, please? I also wanted to tell you that how you handle the food is a pleasure to watch. So many people cook like food is too scary to touch, you cook looking like a master in the kitchen.

You are too sweet! And you are never bothering me. I enjoy listening to your feedback and questions. Now the Indian wheat flour is called chakki atta if you can’t get it then substitute for regular white flour. That wheat flour makes it softer but it will still taste good with full white as well. Let me know how it turns out.

You can try it with the all purpose. The wheat flour is called Chakki Atta.
