m4a1 carbine 3x standard scope extended mag is the best assault weapon I've used so far. 31 rounds, magazine reload speed, shoots as fast as you can pull the trigger, and is a laser beam.

Fin Yeah, in Battlefield 1 you had to watch out for the windmilling biplane corpses. But in Battlefield 3 and 4, you really had to watch out for crashing planes, the burnt body of the plane would fucking fly right above the ground and you would get absolutely flattened if you weren’t paying attention. Those days you had to fear crashing planes, it just became comical in Battlefield 1.

This game actually looks really fun. Despite the crappy beta maps and general apathy from the community I think I'll have to pick this up. Also I'm glad they brought back some of the sweating. The beta barely had any callouts (than again most of the team audio was broken) and I really miss that atmosphere from BF3.

Yea I was definitely a critic on this game but I can confirm from my playtime that it's actually really good. Only big issues I see so far are some map balance on narvik and STG being too strong. Other than those it plays similar to BF3 and BF4

For everybody complaining: Either DICE makes this game hyper-realistic at the expense of loads of content, or they bend the rules slightly to produce more content at the expense of some realism, which is what they did. I have a plan to solve the issue regarding women. How about inserting an option which allows players to see only men. For example: Say there are two people, Rachel and Billy, who bought the game. Billy created a male character while Rachel created a female character. Billy doesn't like the inclusion of women in the game. So he goes to the above-mentioned option and toggles it on. So, now even if Rachel and Billy were to be playing in the same server, Rachel's character would appear as a woman in front of people who haven't toggled the option on. Billy, on the other hand, having turned on the option concerned, would perceive Rachel's character as a man.

Absolutely Not. The hype train for BF1 compared to this was a landslide. When the base game opened, the excitement was far more impactful than this. When BF1 introduced Operations...it was amazing. The maps for BF1 were so well based for both Operations and Conquest. BF1 also introduce a new legendary game mode which was Frontlines.

The thing I liked the most about bf1 is how chaotic the game was. in bfv there's less action which makes it boring in my opinion.

I am having a really hard time accepting this new installment after playing the beta.

the beta was disgusting and hesitated to test it again. Took the 15$ pass to test it and I don't regret it ! It has been greatly enhanced fortunately. Wish they didn't focus on the unrealistical "inclusive" BS with women, etc. Because in the end it's actually a good game, but the marketing was completely retarded.

Are all the colors completely blown out like that without HDR or is that just how it looks? Looks way too cartoonish and bright to me I wonder if you can tone that down a bit in the settings on PC.
