The BEST Medium Line: E50M

I like the idea of the entire line. It's useful to show people the painful tanks in a line and why to avoid them if you have the free xp to do so. Also 19:31 is true. Had a game with a platoon mate, he was in the E50 M (coincidence here lol), I was in the 121B and we had a TVP 50/51 as a fellow medium. It was on Desert Sands. I spot their Leopard 1 and 2 Amx 50B's pushing medium side. My platoon mate quickly retreats and I do too & tell the TVP to fall back aswell, as we stand no chance (later we also spotted E100 and Hori pushing in) Then this TVP starts calling us clowns because he tanked 1200 damage for 1 shell of his clip to pen, all because he didn't gtfo when he should've. Map awareness is extremely important in mediums & I am glad you bring it to light.

Panther 2 IRL is pretty much a Panther with an extra 20mm front and side armor

its a tier higher...so it isnt as simple as picking specific stats between the two tanks (because of the much stronger tanks you have to fight)

@@mach1systems. what I meant was that the panther 2 program in real life only added 20mm of armor to the front and side of the panther 1 hull, which was apparently vulnerable to Russian 14.5mm anti-tank rifles. the panther 2 in-game is destined to be shit in game as it is essentially a slightly uparmored panther at tier 8.

I think the panther 2 is good but only against high damage tanks like the chimera and Russian mediums, I don’t know why but I often finish them off easily

@jeff pentagon what I was trying to say in the original post is high damage mediums (mediums with alpha higher than panther 2) are bullied by the panther 2 because they have longer reload times, so you are right Russian mediums don’t have very high alpha but they still do compared to the panther 2 so get bullied by it (anyway have a good day, bye)

Great overview. One thing I would say to not do is go through raw stats in blitzstars. That’s something us players can do ourselves. Learning how the tanks work is most important with gameplay.
