The biggest reason devs don't like character customization like that is because it'd require them to make dozens of armors that all suit the different body types. With A.I now that's probably feasible.

you seem to have completely missed the part where you can combine creature parts through devouring process :D aka all body parts are exchangable with other creatures pieces. that was like the most fun part for me when i used to play it ^^" it would even come with abilities like flight when they got wings

I’m downloading this right now and I’m aiming the be the #1 player in the world. I’m going to take this game by storm with my crayfish character. No one will be able to handle my pincer and tail whip attacks. Soon everyone will fear the crayfish army and we’ll take over the internet one MMO at a time and soon spill out into the real world once our technology catches up with humanity. You will rue the day you thought to catch us and take us out of our creeks and rivers, and we will be the one to eat you!

Theres some really cool stuff you missed out on. Yes, you can not only fly high into the air but you can actually fly into outer space and even pand on the planets way up there. I built a home up there once it was cool. There is gacha dig events and the big Prizes are these costumes the event is based on. Now these are the best done cosmetics ive ever seen, not because of the looks, but because they give unique animations and effects. I have pne based on the gods. Wearing the full set allowed me to do some cool animations, transform into the gods themselves, and even change the entire atmosphere for not only me but everybody around me. The gods one changes the sky and bgm making dragons appear, floating mystical looking things, rays of light and a massive temple. First time someone else did that i was like wtf is happening, woah! Theres npc companions that you can gear up just like yourself. Yes there are p2w companions. The chimeras can be made by devouring. For instance i have one of those underwater dinosaurs that swim with the long necks, but I gave it massive condor wings so it can fly now too. If you devour the right components to your horse then craft the pill you can make a pegasus which was very strong back then. Theres more but ill stop there for now. I loved this game and wish a better company owned it to give it more love.

This is actually a mobile game ported to pc, which is why its a bit clunky on pc. Still has a few bugs though. It is incredibly fun to play. The combat gets better the more you learn about customizing your weapons. Some pets can evolve into even more powerful pets which is the core of this game. It is basically Pokemon + Monster Hunter in a nutshell. Definitely a unique fun experience.

The combat is somewhere between monster hunter and dynasty warriors and I kinda love it. The combination of features here are pretty close to my ideal MMO. But yeah, this is hella scuff land with every feature. The open world creatures and their tamability are a pretty fun progression going from ground mounts, labor mounts, battle mounts to various levels of fly speed... Then going from grasslands, ... to space. The idea of this MMO is amazing, but it probably needed AAA backing to have any real chance to go anything beyond a really niche game. I had way more fun with it than I expected, it's definitely worth a fun romp if nothing else.

I think this game really captures the vibe of what we saw in the early-mid 2000s MMOs where people were still experimenting trying to find ways to do creative and original stuff without needing to copy WoW. It might not be the best, but it's incredibly creative.
