Idk if that’s the ‘original Clancy’. I think it could be that Tyler is Clancy, and that he seized one of the dead citizens of dema to teach the others with. This is what he meant when he said in his letters that he could get into dema without the bishops knowing. It wasn’t a passage secret tunnel or anything, he was just puppeteering a dead body. And that the boat is probably the same one they used in the livestream experience which is cool, little bit of foreshadowing

I very strongly believe that the kid he seized is the original Clancy. If you go through the older Clancy letters, it's very evident that he was a separate person - he watched the events of Jumpsuit unfold, his bishop was Keons and not Nico, and Keons called him "child" which fits with him being that young. "Clancy is dead" is real, the original Clancy committed to vialism, and Tyler has now taken his place. Also, and this part you can take with a grain of salt, that kid is the son of Colin aka Vesperteen, and Colin referred to him as being "the dead Clancy"

I have a theory... I heard somewhere that people theorize Nico or Keons to be Clancy's father, but I have a different idea. In I Am Clancy, I believe Tyler/Clancy said something about the Banditos needing him for something, or maybe that's just what I gathered from something else. Either way, in the song, (overcompensate), Tyler calls himself the "prodigal son". The prodigal son was a young man who left his home with his fathers inheritance, blew it, lost everything, but eventually came back to his father, and there was a huge celebration (this is all biblical references). Not only that, but we get an introduction for Josh for the first time, but not as torchbearer (they also failed to mention him in I Am Clancy. Makes you wonder if he's someone more important). He is introduced as Josh Dun instead of torchbearer AND mentioned as "wanted dead or alive." this whole part of the song is an address to the young people of Dema, as Clancy is trying to start a revolution. My guess is he was a legendary criminal and rebel from back a couple decades ago, and he wants to let them know: "Hey, this guy knows what he's doing. He already escaped the Bishops, and is the mastermind and leader of the Banditos. His name is Josh Dun. Sound familiar? Yeah he's that guy your parents grew up with who resisted and left Dema." Saying this would probably get the young people hyped, and give them the same feeling Clancy felt in the past that got him to eventually rebel. Sorry got a bit on a tangent, but an important one. I'm saying all this because what if Josh Dun is Clancy's father?!?! It would make sense; he is back with the banditos crowned with glory and leadership. Although he was gone for a time, he's back, and now its time to celebrate. The reason the banditos need him, is that he is likely the chosen son of the legendary leader of the Banditos, Josh Dun. His power and newfound authority will be a huge asset to the Banditos, and this is also probably why they went to such great lengths to get him both in and out of Dema. I'll be putting this up on a few different channels, as it is probably the best and most complicated theory I have come up with so far.

I love that in the I am Clancy video Tyler explains that in the scaled and icy era the bishops made him and Josh perform, entertain and lie to people. So that's why he's using pink hair, the songs are different from their style because it's supposed to be the opposite of Trench. And now we're back with Clancy. So it's ok to not enjoy the last album as much because that storyline is about Clancy being forced to play a character he's not. So they had to look act and sound different on purpose as part of the narrative.

I think the seats have something as the citizens are getting up to leave the auditorium and shows 3 seats still down and 2 have a strip of tape. I can't tell if one is red and the other is yellow (I am color blind)... Probably nothing but I also have suspicions that when the citizens are entering the auditorium to sit, there is already one particular citizen already sitting there looking "spaced out" or as if he has been sitting there a while before the others join (or he was the first to sit..) I am over analyzing obviously BUT that immediately stood out to me. ALSO, when Tyler (Clancy) first stands in front of the door, you notice the panel door is the Christian cross symbol. I read several years ago that the 6 panel door, I think, originated in the 1700's as an expression of Christian faith. The top 4 panels represent the cross, the bottom 2 panels represent an open bible. I know we only see the top but I find that interesting because Clancy is preaching at the "podium." Again, something that caught my eye as a side note. **also, another reactor mentioned that the neon gravestones, in the beginning was the TOP symbol upside down**

This album has to be at least 12 minutes shorter than trench because the Vinyl is 12" and there is only one of them. Meaning the max amount of time on the album is 44 minutes. Thought that was interesting.

the trench vinyl being on two disks was a stretch though. They could barely not fit it on one disc, meaning there were only like 3-4 songs on each disc.
