Using a Dank in a Dock is better that a chest with void upgrades. I saw this first on Soycake's speedrun. ATM Star bee in like 13 hours. It was insane.

You can also use the danks like ender chests by editing the frequency of the dank in the dock if you wanna automate the crafting of stuff

@@bobbywamsley4828 yep. Easiest way is craft two (or whatever number you need) at once. They stack when they haven’t been used yet, they have no frequency. Level them up to wherever you’re at and then click on them to open as if it’s one. Boom they’re all synched on the same frequency. Stick one in a dock for your computer to import from, use the other wherever, a vaccuum for mining, harvest pylon to empty into or sucking up mob drops in a grinder…. Or all at once.

on the speedrun farm, you could use a sophisticated backpack and put 3 stack upgrades instead of a sophisticated chest with only 2 a chest could only handle as much as 1024 stack multiplier while the backpack can handle as big as 4096 which means a full stack on a chest with two 32x stack upgrades can only have 65,536 per stack, while a backpack with three 16x stack upgrades can have 262,144 per stack!

an addition to this, ill go ahead and compute how much items these two plus more storage ideas can hold, multiplying 64 with stack multipliers and slots in an inventory a netherite double chest with two stack upgrade tier 5 (32x) can hold up to 17,301,504 items 64(32²)(264) a netherite backpack with three stack upgrade tier 4 (16x) can hold up to 31,457,280 items 64(16³)(120) but that's not all, ill go ahead and compare four barrels from sophisticated storage and functional storage (don't even think about functional storage's compacting upgrade, it's bad) a netherite limited barrel I (1 item, b160x stack) can hold THREE stack upgrade tier 5 (32x), which holds up 335,544,320 items 64(32³)(160) a netherite limited barrel IV (4 items, 40x stack) can hold three stack upgrade tier 5 (32x), which holds up to 83,886,080 per slots, which all adds up to 335,544,320 items in total (64(32³)(40))4 but don't estimate this limited barrel IV because i figured you can insert a compacting upgrade (only for infernium farms) and make it so the barrel can memorize one slot to be infernium essence, and the other slots infernium blocks. with that in mind, a block can hold 9 infernium essence, which means multiplying 3 slots by 9 results on 2,264,924,160 ESSENCE (excluding the last slot which adds 83.8M essence, tallying this up to 2,348,810,240 essence) back to the topic, a normal drawer (1x1) (1 item, 32x stack) can hold 4 netherite upgrades (32x), which holds up to 2,147,483,648 items 64(32⁴)(32) and last but not least, a normal drawer (2x2) (4 items, 8x stack) can hold 4 netherite upgrades (32x), which holds up to 536,870,912 items, again adds up to 2.1 billion items (64(32⁴)(8))4 if you're going ahead to grind infernium essence, or one type of crop, go ahead and get yourself a fully stacked limited barrel IV with upgrades and compacting upgrade. if you're going for 4 types of crops, go for a fully stacked normal drawer (2x2) with upgrades as well. if you have too much crops that you wanna grind for and wanna keep your storage area small, i can recommend a fully stacked netherite backpack with all them upgrades, or use barrels from functional storage. then again, all of these are optional if you already have them juicy 10 256M MEGA item storage cell waiting for you in your ae2 drives

You could run an item pipe from the item collector and set the filter to nearest first and anything else will be sent to an item trash can.

I discovered a very similar farm myself through trial and error. 9x9 but I didn't want to worry about tick accelerating the harvester, so I went with a Moduiar Router with an Activator Upgrade and a Supremium Scythe which harvests the entire farm the same exact way as the clicker machine, and the same Advanced Collector in the center going into a backpack as the backpack allows for 3x Netherite Upgrades for a total of 262k per slot unlike the chest and barrels which only accept 2x Netherite Upgrades for 65k per slot. Also instead of a time torch and 4x Lilypads I filed the entire platform beneath the farm with lilypads on waterlogged stairs, as I never knew you could waterlog leaves and not have the water spill out underneath. All essence is sent to Tier 3 Crafters from RFTools, and crafted into their respective resources, then sent into drawers with max Netherite Upgrades and Void Upgrades, should I ever reach the limit. Literally, my entire Island is running on Modular Routers shuffling items around wirelessly.

In the speedrun farm you only need 4 water locked leaves. You can remove the ones in the corners and in the middle and every block (but the removed ones) get water.

You can complain that people were saying don't build your last farm, but the fact remains that your collection system was woefully inadequate in the last scythe farm and even if it had enough collection it had no inline voiding methods. This is an improvement but this one still allows all fake players which is asking to be griefed. It also, like the last one, doesn't mention that all the blocks in the farm should be force loaded, and all blocks in the ring around the farm should be force loaded or solid blocks to stop items dropping into them, otherwise the server collects id=0 "Air" entities and eventually needs to restart. People will build the faster version in this video because they can't help themselves and it will still cause server issues.

Just stick the crux under the first layer, since you have so much room without lilypads! The closer to the center, the faster the growth.

This might be a dumb question but please tell me. Why does building a lot of this farm only affect my ms (ping) and not FPS? I tried lowering entity distance to the lowest, render distance to around 8, no entity shadow, no particle and most graphic setting on “fast” except leaves being the only fancy so I can see the water inside. Oh and also, I saw in the questbook talking about the”Phytogenic farm” being faster than “Lilypad farm”. Should focus more on Phytogenic if I’m having this problem?

First question: This farm doesn't have as many particles, but the time torch tick accelerates both the clickers (using 20 per second) and the lilypads. That is a huge hit on performance overall. Second Question: It references my old farm. This farm is faster by a long shot.

Not AlfredGG here but I may be able to help: Even if the tool inside the machine has a huge range, those Clicker Machines need a "target" in front of them they can click on. Just place a Lilypad onto the waterlocked leaves block in front of the machine and watch the mayhem happen ;)

Make sure it's set to sneak if it's facing directly towards the plant, and also make sure to allow fake players in your team settings
