@Lashlove167 жыл бұрын
I had adult acne ... tried everything over the counter to prescriptions ..until I went to natural products that are hydrating my skin did not heal This simple routine cleared it up and never better ; Argon oil based soap Coconut oil for makeup remover Rose water as a toner Argon oil and embrolisse as as a moisturizer Clarasonic with sensitive brush ( removed my scars over time )

Lashlove16 Damn I just bought Proactive for 3 months to cure my acne. This routine sounds so tempting to follow
@Lashlove167 жыл бұрын
Zar proactive made my skin worst ... it just dried it out ... trust me 4 years of struggle... this way is cheaper and works
@Mabes077 жыл бұрын
Zar chemicals are bad for acne! Will only dry you out which will increase the oil production and create more breakouts! Plus oils give you that beautiful glow acne can't! And try to avoid dairy, creates acne, oily skin, gas and mucus (nasaly voice)

Thanks for the tips everyone :)

Yes Carrie! Love the Trader Joe's vitamin E oil! I'm going there tomorrow and thinking about buying their cleansing oil. Have you tried it?/what are your thoughts? You're a gem and you're rocking that pink shirt! Xoxo love!

I think you'd LOVE sesame oil. it's the kind of oil that really seeps and absorbs into the skin. the smell is AMAZING, and it really feels like your nurturing your skin. i put it on my body and on my face at night, and a little bit on my face in the daytime. be sure to get a high quality sesame oil (not one from the grocery store). I get mine from Living Auyrveda in Monterey, CA.

Great video, Carrie! I love oils and I too grew up with my mom slathering baby oil on our skin. I guess grease was the thing because my mom used Vaseline (yuck) as well. I'm obsessed with avocado, almond and lavender oil.

I use to use bio oil all over my face all the time. I recently had a rlly bad allergic reaction to this face mask... and no whenever I apply oil I break out 😭 it’s soooo sad and I bought rose hip oil and I wanna use it sooo bad but I’m scared to break out as bad as I did b4 again

I was the same way as a teen. I never mosturized my face because I thought adding mositure = more oily skin. Boy was I wrong. The minute I simplified my skin care routine and starting using a facial mosturizer is when my acne completely disappeared.
