Great video, Chris! Philly is becoming a much better place for families. We’re raising our family in the Passyunk/South Broad Street neighborhood, and it’s amazing to see families choosing to stay in the city instead of heading to the suburbs. 👍🏻

Oh you're a center city focused channel, cause i was about to say West Philly, what I affectionately call WeDilly But spruce hill, cedar park, if you're into diversity parts of cobb creek and even university city, Clark park too

Yes, this channel mostly orients around Center City but there are certainly some nice areas in West Philly like Spruce Hill and Cedar Park. West Philly has changed so much over the last decade or two.

@livingincentercity it's about to be THAT girl and if I were you I'd pivot to showcasing this part of the city. I'm new here, bout year and half, from New Orleans, and the gentrification in the west is rapid and makes sense based on infrastructure - trolleys and market/Frankfort line, and insanely fabulous parks like Bartmans garden and Cobbs creek. Cobbs creek is an insanely gorgeous park and area and utterly serine to have in the city. And all the homes have good bones Also shout out to West Philly tool library *They say the more comments you add the more the algorithm suggest channel, hope it helps

Thanks - I appreciate your thoughts and comments. The tool library is pretty neat. I would love to hear more about your journey. Please send me an email (Chris@meetchris.com) if you have time.
