while rdr2 is not solely a horse game, horses are an immense part of it. i’d say the game is half horse, half story. your horse is extremely important in rdr2

I've been for years waiting for a new horse game to appear that could make the competence to SSO. If SSO doesn't have anyone to compete with, we will keep having such bad updates and the game is still so fucking incomplete... It's sad to grow up without enjoying a real good horse game. And, budget isn't an excuse, SSO has around 500k online users per month (and gains more than $44M per year), and they are basically using the money for other stuff like producing songs, writing books and promoting the game when the game itself doesn't give that much.

I work with actual horses every day and they have always been a passion of mine. It hasn't been easy work trying to dedicate myself to learning how to care for, and properly ride a horse but it still brings me so much joy that I get to do what I love and I also love video games so the combination of two things I love is exciting.

Small correction: There ARE quite a few horse games that have riders falling off and horses refusing jumps...they are just older ones that came with the first big swing of games. Games that didn't cater to the impatience of children perhaps and hence spoiled them with nothing ever going wrong. Which explains why someone like me is incredibly bored with all these cutesy, happy-go-lucky horse games that came afterwards. :'D I'm interested in a few of these, so hopefully these will all end up being made and not get lost in the void. you need to talk about Equestrian the Game! It is an amazing mobile horse game! With different characters of horses, different breeds. You can go on a hack, ride in an arena, sell horses, buy tack, compete and they are planning on making it possible to do different dressage movements. It is an amazing game and the developers are super nice people

Horse Isle 3 is a really good technical breeding game that goes deeply into genetics etc very affordable however the graphics are not high end but the game is well worth the time. Very large server, never ending unexplored map. Pretty well run by everyone and individual players clubs. Anyone can buy and set up their own club. Building a ranch is easy and affordable, build next to your best friend. The colours to breed are endless and the amount of breeds is insane no horse is the same. I’ve been a HI player since the OG in 2007. This is now the third version of HI3.

WildShade looks the most intriguing to me, I've really enjoyed Alicia Online and the idea of something similar on phone is awesome. @@Fluttermoth On the scale of options that "Vanilla" Minecraft offers, unmodded, these mods certainly bring more realism into it! The SWEM horses have actual gaits, that are accurate to the ones IRL, and also brings lots of equestrian items and activities into the game! Of course, it's impossible to create something entirely realistic in Minecraft, because it's obviously blocks, but these mods really warm the hearts of many equestrians, that would like to live out their passion in different games! Especially as these Mods are free, in comparison to many actual horse games, there are no limitations in the game - and no DLC, which makes the access to it, quite easy. :D

But I miss the times where I could ride freely around with super special horses and just do some tasks of people or so while exploring a fantasy like world.

yess!! bella sara and bella sara adventures ending was the main reason i started playing sso, and while it comes close it really isn’t the same. it would be awesome if we could follow the plot of the cards as another of emma’s friends, and help her restore the magic and herds and stuff, along with the original quests too. we could also bond with various horses instead of buying them, maybe if they brought back the cards we could bond with them through the codes??? idk
