These are very strong players, wonderfully subtle. Especially Kathy Schiano, the cellist, she knows so much about listening to the other players and producing the right tone and feeling with her bow.

Wonderful to hear these songs, if we focus we can return to the past, and imagine how it would be living at the time. Today we can hear this song at any time, and when we want. 200 years ago only Kings, Princes and rich people of the society of that time, had the opportunity to hear. The people in general, did not the slightest idea, nor ever dreamed of hearing it. In these past centuries classical music was a luxury.

I love the comment regarding the cars in the background and how easy it is to pass by the sublime with no awareness. The musicians, instruments, and the music, seem to me to be a sort of altar upon which the cars, people in them, and all of our too often rushed, armored, numb, blind lives are lifted to heaven - heaven's tender comprehension of suffering creatures, and heaven's rebirthing of creation.

Saw a video by a teacher giving hints on studying. He said never listen to music while studying unless it is Baroque. I put it to the test this afternoon and it works, I now at last understand legal discovery having studied it while listening to this music. Next I intend to listen to The Best of Baroque while trying to figure out the offside rule.

I recently started looking for classical music performances from Eastern Europe musicians. So far I've found a wonderful girls choir from Hungary and Christmas Carols from Rumania. And now this very nice violinist from Bulgaria. Since I grew up during the "Iron Curtain" era, there was so much that happened in Eastern Europe that we just didn't hear about. I'll look forward to more rewarding musical experiences.

I am amazed at how they are able to know what position to go to with no fret markers like a guitar especially with all the intricacies in this type playing. Seem it would be hard to learn a instrument like that. It seems it would be real easy to be sharp or flat. This sounds great!

Hello! This performance is wonderful. What a great team! This music reminds me of beauty. The background of modern day vechicles passing by makes a wonderful combination with the centuries old baroque music and performans, as well as the peaceful wooded area on the other side of the road. It's like "Peacefullness of then, and now". Eddie Hodges, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania USA

At least one of those vehicles cruising past in the background "baroque" the speed limit! Nevertheless the transition from late afternoon sun on the verdant green grass to the shadowy pale of evening is one which beckons us to return to days of old. The camera operator intelligently changed the camera angle after a while. Enjoyed the performance!

Rococo is only but a name for late baroque (circa1730-1770). The roccoco aesthetic , primarily intended for architectecture, is based on heavy ornamentation, paintings, light colors, shells and plants forms etc. Music tried imitate these forms, lines, colors ans dimensions. But all of this was already in plain baroque music.
