4:01 the crowdstrike incident was no doubt a prolific inspiration for memes, some people in linux community even joked to the point they over-used it

Hello, I am getting into cyber and I am currently in school for it, specifically a BS in information tech (cyber concentration). I have been advised to learn Linux and a scripting language (I know a bit about Python), how would you go about learning the two? I want to learn it well, but I am not sure where to start. My current setup cannot handle VMs, so that is off the table.

Hi! I would recommend using KZbin crash courses or No Starch Press books to learn Python and Linux. You can use free cloud credits offered by DigialOcean ($200 for the first 60 days), AWS Education, and others to provision VMs in the cloud.
