No video will ever do 6:49 justice. That was the most insane thing I've ever heard a hornline do (For those who don't know, different areas of the line were playing the runs at different times, for a sort of effect that the sound is ~traveling~)

thank you for waiting until the end of this 14 minute reprise to feature the Madison Scouts!!! Best Show EVER!!!!! They worked so very hard and put everything that they had into it! Yes, I am a Scouts fan, and recognize that Carolina Crown deserved the title. What I was a lil disappointed about, was the Scouts getting 9th after their very emotional and heartfelt performance..So goes the Drum Corps polotics!

Even if you HATE Carolina Crown, you can't argue against them having a high number of "best of" moments. That is one of the most talented group of kids I have ever seen or heard. Their sense of ensemble was just insane... that brass line... They were incredible. I hate the Blue Devils, year after year. If it had been them doing exactly what Crown did, I'd be raving about them just as hard.

I've been to a DCI show before, it is just amazing. Those trumpets mixed with tubas mixed with alot of other crap (except for woodwinds qq) is just amazing. Especially dat percussion. Percussion all the way.

I was in the stands. They had two parallel arcs across the field that merged into one. One Crown horn (mellophone i think) tic'd and went to the wrong whole. He spotted it and jumped into his spot in the last couple counts.

sure the mess up is on the dvd, but in the high cam view, but in my opinion I barely noticed it because most of the action was far over on the bench with the color guard....I don't know about the multicam view, I only watch it once because I prefer the high cam.....still...it must have been torture on the player.....wondering if he had cost the title.......obviously not....breath a sigh of relief kid and live in the moment when Mr. Crocker announced the silver medal!
