Viewing this video almost a decade later really makes it seem like the era of the Steam Greenlight system was just a horrible fever dream. Honestly, what the fuck were the creators of such games thinking when "making" them? If these were made as some crazy prototypes of the early 1st person 3D games it would be possible understandable, but by the point of their release games like GTA 5 were already out, for freak's sake.

35:43 X'D The biggest problem; I believe, is that making videos of absolutely terrible indy games is pretty much the thing to do right now. A lot of KZbinrs are hopping on that bandwagon because those videos are getting a fuck ton of views. The worse the game, the more views the video gets. I don't think the developers really know this, I refuse to believe they're that smart but they're still seeing people buy these shit games, so why not churn out another 30 every week? Then; on top of that, you have those viewers going out and buying the games just to see for themselves how shitty it is and have a good chuckle. I think this is mostly fine if it's a game that some work obviously went into, no mater how bad it failed at absolutely everything like the Ride to Hell's and Air Control's. But now the line between a hilariously awful game and not even a fucking game at all is getting blurred and those are the "games" that really piss me off. The bottom line; though, is that Steam really needs to get their shit together.

Tavo Taper It's incredibly wrong. They break a copyright on a cheap game that they want $10 for. They would have a real hard time if they manage to get greenlit. (I think the Bleach music is called Soundscape to Ardor [did not bother to check].)

sigurdtheblue either way that music is too intense for that level.

sigurdtheblue As a sad, sad person who owns the Bleach soundtrack and has seen the show WAY too many times, I can tell you that the song being used is called Invasion, from the soundtrack to the second Bleach movie. I think it's first appearance was during Ikkaku using his Bankai in that final scene and okay I'll just stop talking now. (If you're interested, Soundscape to Ardor is that sad song with the piano arpeggios that often plays while someone is dying/thinking about people who've died.)
