I went to college in Columbus OH. Jack was an icon. I blinked and now I am 60. I recently watch a video on Jack. Jack now has dementia and can't manage a conversation. Say a prayer for Jungle Jack and his wife. 🙏

As someone who grew up in Columbus, I remember him coming to our elementary school every year with a bunch of animals and all of us kids and teachers just being so fascinated with his explanations of the characteristics of them. Was such a great time. Sad to know he has alzheimers now. 😥

Davw was on Seth Meyers recently and he told the story of when Jack got bit by a beaver, and they kept filming. He said how Jack was trying to hide the blood and then afterwards how he went to the ER and told them he got bit by a beaver in Manhattan and had to explain everything.

I love what a short fuse Jack Hanna has. He seems to be a nice guy, but he does seem to find Dave a little annoying. Or maybe he's just an irascible guy. In any case, he's all right in my book.

I don't necessarily think he has a short fuse, I think you just got exasperated dealing with Dave's antics along with trying to keep the animal under control and teach people about it. All which made for great fun.

Go look up Letterman's recent appearance on Seth Meyer's show. The shock when he told Dave that he doesn't have an animal guy 😂 I hope it gets them to consider getting one. I know Jimmy Kimmel had one regularly, I just haven't watched his show much recently. Kimmel is the biggest Letterman fan I know of.

This guy , Hanna, is as smart as a Rock! He makes a ant look smart! He is always agitated, rude, stupid when it comes to animal facts and at times cruel to the animals!
