As a native man who loves his native land, I am sure this city will forever be my home; as a civic citizen very committed to her and now close to becoming a tourist manager to be able to promote its beautiful landscapes, the charm of its sunsets and the hospitality of its people that make it unique and naturally magical. Aware of many things need to be done to make it better as well as recognizing that much would be achieved if all of us who live in this, "the best living place in the world" can sensitize ourselves with a sincere sense of identity and belonging. Santa Marta, next to celebrate its 500 years of existence, deserves of me and of you all the love, care and strength that we can offer, to make it always welcoming and turn it into a tourist destination without equal, "where everything merges because it simplyhas it all". VERY nice video of Santa Marta! My gf lives in Cuenca, Ecuador, but hates the cold climate there, is looking to move to Colombia for a warmer climate. She loves warm weather, love beaches, has lived in SW FL USA for many years, is used to high temps and humidity. Vivo en Ibagué y siempre que voy a la costa me gusta ir a Taganga, pero voy caminando por la montaña hasta llegar a playa grande. Definitivamente este Sam es un loquillo con sus videos, pero se pasan de interesantes, buenos y divertidos... I have travelled 36 countries and Santa Marta is one of my favourite places. Great atmosphere and I had many enjoyable nights at La pueta Parque tayrono is an amazingly beautiful place. Was there for 19 days in 2012. Stayed in rodadero. Didnt see one north american tourist Lol. my sister inlaw and her family are from there and they took us everywhere out there. One thing i liked about it is it seemed like i didnt see one single other tourist. I liked your video because i recognised a few of the places we went to.

Yeah, I lived there for 16 years and only started to notice tourist all year long around 2015 (besides during the Summer, which honestly was always full of tourists since I have memory)

Como hombre nativo, samario que ama a su tierra natal estoy seguro en afirmar que esta ciudad será por siempre mi hogar; como ciudadano cívico muy comprometido con ella y ahora próximo a convertirme en un gestor turístico poder así promocionar sus bellos paisajes, el encanto de sus atardeceres y la hospitalidad de su gente que la hacen única y naturalmente mágica. Consciente que en este lugar he vivido, amado, llorado y reído; como también reconociendo que mucho estaría por lograrse si todos/as los que vivimos en este, "el mejor vividero del mundo" podamos sensibilizarnos bajo un sincero sentido de identidad y pertenencia. Santa Marta, próxima a celebrar sus 500 años de fundada merece de mí y de tí todo el amor, el cuidado y la fuerza que podamos brindarle, para hacerla siempre acogedora y convertirla en un destino turístico sin igual, "donde todo se fusiona porque simplemente lo tiene todo". Comparto este video que considero muy oportuno, bastante bien realizado y acertado en muchas de sus apreciaciones. Hecho por alguien que no es de aquí pero que se ha dejado cautivar por el llamado de la Sierra Nevada y el brillo de "la perla de las américas" ¡Déjate contemplar estas gratas imágenes y después reflexionar sobre lo que has hecho antes y haces hoy en pro de tu Santa Marta del alma, ciudad dos veces santa!
