He is a true point guard. Magic was a great point due to his leadership, passing accuracy, and playmaking. Curry shows leadership by leading his team to a chip and the highest regular season wins. We all know his passing, I don't have to get into that. His playmaking is unbelievable. Getting off of screens, setting them, finding an open shooter, etc. He will retire as THE greatest point guard ever. In my opinion, I have magic ahead of him FOR NOW.

My opinion: 2015: Good finals performance - But media focused Lebron going up 2-1 and Iguodala got all the credit for 'slowing' him down 2016: Bad - If he hadn't been injured against the Rockets twice and hurt his arm against the Thunder, maybe he would've played better, but no excuses, it was a bad performance 2017: Good finals performance - Played more aggressively, able to make plays he couldn't the year before (But KD was better) 2018: Great finals performance - Best player overall, especially in the clutch in Game 1 and closing out Game 4 (Just so happened that his only poor game happened at the same time as KD's dagger 3) Not a bad resume for making the case for GOAT PG

For him it’s impossible because 1) the main thing is a narrative by media (non-dominant physically, not main superstar, they guy that being ignored for good games by media and being heavily punished for bad ones) 2) being fmvp means overperforming average stats. Since it’s 36ppg in WCF means he has less than 1% of outperforming that. But for Thompson, Looney, Dray or Iggy it’s easier. It’s also for Durant who is main superstar. 3) it means he should be egoistic enough to win that, but it’s not his personality.
