2:45 the ref actually made the right decision. If the penalty is the last action of the game then the ref has to blow for full time as soon as the kick has been taken (thus you aren't allowed to rebound, regardless of whether or not you score the rebound)

None of those rules involve teammates touching, just any player on the pitch. Keeper saves it, so the penalty taker can touch it again after. You can also touch a free kick or corner or throw-in after it hits an opponent too. The rules only say you can't touch it again before someone else, doesn't specify teammate anywhere. So if the shot hit the post then he can't touch the ball again before someone else. But keeper saves it so it's a goal.
