That huge rat is actually a Dassie very common all over the Cape. Great video of a beautiful area in South Africa.

Hey Sammy and Tommy, been following you for a while and just discovered your mossel bay and st blaize trail video. I live in oudtshoorn about 1 hour from mossel ba and actually thinking about voming to mossel bay next year. hence why i found your vid. As a proud south african love your content.

I moved here in 2014 to look after my parents. I can't imagine living anywhere else except in Mossel Bay. We have the best run municipality in South Africa. Everything works! If you love the quiet peaceful big village life, you'll love it here. It is where most folks come to retire. It survives on the holiday makers at Easter and Christmas times, where it does become hectic with the influx of hundreds of vehicles which our narrow roads find hard to contain. Thanks for an amazing vid ❤❤❤🧡

Absolutely gorgeous! I cannot get enough of these South African landscapes, what a paradise on Earth! I have never tried oysters before, but they look delicious! Are they boiled on salt water or something? And what was that cute chubby wild rat? ☺️... You guys bring such positivity, I love it! 😃
