It's not an ad, they didn't pay me to say anything and this was my own opinion. I really just like this chair and I share that in this video. Try a standing desk. I have one , never going back to sitting. i dont even sit at the dinner table anymore lol i use one of those floor pads for your feet like you see cashiers standing on. fatigue mat, they are called. never going back to sitting. i even game standing up , i find i can be at the computer all day, no fatigue this way

I actually have a standing desk and love it! I don't think I'd want to go exclusively standing but I do love standing from to time!
