Its the demo mode! All you got to do to get into it is go to the HEROES page, pick a hero, and then near their name there is a DEMO HERO button!

Then that sounds about right. You're probably comparing yourself to the two mid heroes who will always outpace everyone else in levels. Supports are generally a few levels down because they share a lane, roam, and have lower farm priority so they don't get as much access to neutral camps
