SB is the best octarine buyer this patch. Octarine boosts everything about SB. His Q cd goes from 11 to 8.3 which is 7 with aghs but who cares because with octarine you also get an almost perma W and your ult feels like it's always up. I'm playing SB every role with a record of 16-4 in my last 20 matches in 4k+ games and I will play the shit out of SB because he is such a fun hero to play and he will get nerfed so hard next patch Also this video feels more like a Octarine Buyer Tier List than a Offlane Tier List

Dawn breaker is one of the best users of the free farm that is always available in lower ranks because you can just ult back into fights But because you Want to be hitting the free farm your are usually not actually playing with the team pushing you are reacting In higher ranks you will be played around and silencer is likely to be on the enemy team And farming patterns are better less excess farm available aside from the edges

I've been playing Nyx in the offlane building stats, then phylactery, and then maybe kaya, dagon for sure, and whatever else I feel it needs. I haven't lost yet (Archon rank lol but) The early phylactery is an incredible power spike since mind flare is basically the same cooldown so even if you didn't do any damage in the past 15 seconds, phylactery will go off and will do 150 damage. It really enhances the Vendetta combo too.

I swear Nyx used to be awful. Now he’s freaking amazing. He may not be a strong off lane but I’ve dumpstered a ton of 2.5-3k games just running around with dust and crushing other support / invis heros. He’s especially useful if your mid doesn’t pick a strong back line jumper.

Lycan builds a lot of utility items in his typical build that translates fine to the new universal role. Helm, drums, Aghs, and scythe are typically built on Lycan, and before you weren’t getting much dmg from any of them, but now you do. I actually think his dmg is higher than it used to be. The big reason why I think Lycan isn’t worst or a D tier is because of the twin gates being able to teleport creeps. Before, if Lycan was pushing a lane and a fight broke out on the other end of the map, you couldn’t bring your 6400 gold creep with you. So Lycan got nerfed in some ways, buffed in others, but I think he is net buffed in 7.33.

Built mostly like a pos 4 but can get shard and clear waves very quickly and farm up those auras. Plus universal and works well with the atos set up. I would rate her a low A as it meets the threshold of universal heros with long attack range in lane. Also aura building. Second another commenter ES seems a bit left out.

Playig Slardar is fucking miserable this patch, he hates building auras, NEEDS a blink dagger just to function, is squishy as fuck, and on top of that you are usualy against some cancer lane like drow+1 since he picks second phase. The hero kit is fine but they need to buff his numbers asap. His bash (only reason to pick him, really) and his atack speed are so atrocious now its almost unplayable.

Regarding Slardar tho'...he feels pretty strong on the lower brackets like Archon/Legend with how clown fiestas the games are with constant fighting, cause he's speedy & has almost constant up-time, not relying on a long cd ult. I don't even get dagger on him in a lot of games, or do it later if it's rly needed, as harpoon can somewhat take it's place while giving ya some decent stats + good build path from echo sabre, and you can legit burst supports down if you got ult on 'em and come at 'em with 2-3 bash charges already.

As for WR, yea, its' tricky, tried building mkb once when I was fed and she was and it felt like a noob trap, too much gold invested on just a dmg item. It's kind of a snowball & take control of the game or get rekt pick tbf. I don't like rushing dagger on him, so it's always threads > echo > harpoon > hyperstone, and you can insta delete squishy supports while they're stunned (gotta initiate with 2-3 bash stacks already tho), and ofc u gotta R 'em. If I do snowball enough, can go aghs early for highground push cause of high res, if not cuirass. Sometimes I'll never even get dagger.

BSJ's suggested build is for safe lane. This video is for offlane. Right now what's really important as offlaner is winning your lane and being able to join teamfights as soon as possible. DK as a stun initiator got nerfed, and carry builds take a lot of time to get online. So DK's viability as an offlaner dropped.

As a pos 3 spammer there is 2 heroes that i played some that not mentioned Its WK and Nyx, WK teamfight wise, its a bit harsh in early but im making him armlet, dagger and agh as core, rarely loss on ancient and doin it in avg 30 min game nyx is niche pick, feel lucky if one of the core is universal or int heroes you can snipe them in the chaos of team fight, built is thread, echo, lvl 2 dagon as core, can go dagger as initiate if that is lacking or bkb if necessary or straight dagon 5 if you dominate For the tierlist itself, my pool probably those 2 above + bara, mag, bat, LC and dark seer Axe, SK and primal are cheese or counter pick. sometimes enemies just dont have any disable and primal shine and dominate haha Bara is one of must ban for me or my stack, he is there with medusa, techies and PL but ngl, if it wasnt ban i will contest him on first pick LMAO Bat, Mag, Darkseer is comfort pick, cant go wrong, all these heroes that used to be initiate with dagger can go that later on and making item that make them hard to kill but still deliver when teamfight happen. LC buff is huge, but his weakness prob not so easy to farm the item needed like bara and his kill potential are lower than bara that can go rampant with maybe less item dependent like we all know

Dawnbreaker's Echo-Deso build is OP up to 3.5k mmr. Im having 75% winrate for 57 games, its just too strong, since you're destroying 90% of enemy easy lanes, then playing as greedy as possible (low game tempo allows you to do so, but still should take part in fights with Solar Guardian) till you get Desolator, and then you can kill the entire map. But yea, she's really poor with auras build, so i guess its D-tier for higher ranks and, i'd say, B-tier for lower ranks.

techies is a better tide in my opinion since both of their gameplay is well jump and stun enemy right now even thou tide of course much tankier but techies at the same time have more damage potential especially when counter initiate and then placing 3 bomb at once win so many game and gain about 500 mmr with techies althought i use techies as post 4 and play so aggresive building 2 bracer and right click the carry or the support and when their hp low enough and they over commit to last hit or trading hohoho it's time for bomb but in order to this aggresive playstyle to work, your offlaner need to have a strong disable early or dmg dealer like balanar or viper

Nyx Assassins is very good at 3 though, many says he should be 4 but if you buy vanguard(optional for hitter hero like PL, PA, Void) and rush meteor for better stats and add some 2 braces too and buy tranquil boots to maintain movement speed when roaming after that buy phylactery for a better damage and stats too in your roaming combo and max dagon 5. Literally he's killer and very tanky too very good hero especially for the buff update W he literally one kill combo every cores in that build. Just a suggestion cause I have a 12 winstreak from him last week.

Nyx is not the hero who mainly tank the game but he's have a very good stats. Which very good at teamfight and survivability and he's also got the surprise move were your enemy carry are just die easily. You just need some better warding spots also.

He is a better mid than offlane because he needs levels faster as a core. Offlane nyx is very situational imo. I've also played Nyx in all roles except 5 after he became universal. I saw most success with nyx in either 2 or 4. 1 or 3 not that much.

I think more love needs to be given to Sand King. Not sure if "rushing" aghs is the play, but getting it early is a game changer. You cannot fight into that sandstorm. The cooldown is low enough where the team with Aghs Sand King can easily reset and move the fight where they want.

as a meepo player who tends to first/second phase the hero in unranked quite often for practice/fun, core ET is a meme rn. youd think thats the best situation to pick it, but then i just buy nullifier and make him a glorified melee creep. sure, he keeps his debuff immunity, but damage and armor are gone and he can just get clicked to death. the hero is completely hard countered by nullifier, same as necro, and unlike before when you had to apply the nullifier before his spirit came back because nullifier couldnt be cast on bkb, now it can, and it still purges his stupid ass w.

@@unmasquerade5559 I typically use it for offlane and midlane, I basically go the same route for early game quelling blade, bracer, gauntlet ( I sometimes go slippers ) then two branches and tango from there, i go wand if needed but if not just two bracers if you want to stay in the lane a little bit more but one bracer, wand, boots should be enough to survive most things, I then go for blink then blademail most players go blademail first but I like going blink first from there on if you want more ganking ablity go sb but for mid game i have boots blink blademail bkb and sb but for late game it depens what the team lacks since by that time I will have about 350 bonus damage basically a free divine so damage doesnt concern me anymore but for late game///blink silver edge, quirass oh and yeah dont forget bkb after blademail for midgame, i replace the blademail with abysall or halberd if its needed////dont hesitate to have linken and bkb at the same time honestly sorry i just noticed your reply

just use any guide in game and the longer you play the hero you will already know what items to build but basically dont forget bkb (its really is a must always no matter the rank) and just target the most annoying hero, i typically go for supports that have any disable but ofc if you can get the core then go for the core but take the best priority, i typically ignore their core heroes in teamfights since if you delete their annoying support its now 4v5 and you can kite any carry and just go from there

Recently picked up wr and visage and currently have a 15 game win streak as wr, and a 10 win streak as visage. I pick visage whenever wr gets banned. Wr is deceptively tanky. A lot of people underestimate how tanky new wr is because of the attribute change. Couple that with new aghs that give 50% physical damage resist on windrun and she's incredibly hard to kill.

Night Stalker may be a simple by judging a cover of book. It requires advanced itemization and strategies with team. Those pro players do not consider this item echosabre as good item, they only choose it for silly ways because night stalker do not have a similar passive to Monkey King's passive, Abaddon's passive or other heroes. As well as goes to Assault cuiras, Armlet, etc.. are silly items. Echosabre have below 50% win rate, quite confusing... Assault Cuiras is often bought in late game to get high win rate before they finish the game... Night stalker's job is to jump (blink dagger) on a target to burst down in his silence. He is not 100% tanky hero neither 100% carry... He is technicaly hybrid carry, durable and utility hero. So, Jenkins, I put Night Stalker in Tier S.

I think there's a case to be made for offlane Lifestealer in this patch - his Rage is still really strong against the CMs and other supports that tend to dominate safe lane, and his damage + passives are strong. The build I've seen do well in particular is Vanguard and Phase / Treads into Silver Edge and then building whatever else the team needs beyond that point.

​​@@Houlgravely it's still only a soft lockdown which will only work for a little bit in lane and then requires some hard setup to make it work. Maybe it's viable idk. I'm a timber spammer so I know heroes with no lockdown are definitely viable in the offlane lol. But at least timber can initiate.

Jenkins try this build on NS It really works. Midas Echo sabre Harpoon Basher/AC/BKB Nulliefier if needed Blink (you go late Blink when you feel harpoon doesnt give you reliable gap close anymore) NS Is very strong against actual support meta, with the Midas you can keep on farm without stealing space from heavy farming metà carry (medusa, pl, ecc). Aghanim is pretty shit in my opinion. Aghanim shard is not necessary (you eventually get It from tormentor)
