"Sir, the plane just hit Sand King in the second shit tier tower". But with all seriousness I play SK as an offlaner in the Ancient bracket and he is quite good. He counter fights every time and if the enemy team attacks first then SK wins that fight. That being said Jenkins has already pointed that out - people learn how to play against SK's Aghs. That is to get the fuck out of the Sandstorm. Unless it's a counter attack in a team fight that happens 30-40% of the game time, SK is bound to counter-initiate strategy and rarely can initiate himself. I would say that he is something between Timbersaw and Earthshaker. He can be useful and annoying even without the ulti but not as much as Timber and he can team-wipe the enemy team all of the sudden but not as effectively and much more risky than ES

Hey Jenkins, I have been experimenting with a quite unorthodox pick, that you haven't covered on Offlane: Snapfire! Hero is mostly played as a support, but I think this Orchid is super strong on her. I go double bracer, treads orchid. The hero is quite the good laner and gets a lot of damage for being universal. I got like pike diffu or gleipnir if needed, and lategame you are obviously a menace when you get to lvls 20 and 25 talents. Bloodthorn also makes a lot of sense for lil schredder! Think you can even build mage slayer on games that feels required, but I think the orchid timing can be more important. You should try it out!

Mars with that nuke build is kinda funny to say, even if he doesn't have a good winrate, he is still a solid pick in these patch with the correct items and good synergies with his teammates. Although he is very popular in competitive scene due to his synergies and abilities Mars doesn't fall behind than others offlaners.

Awesome video!! Mostly in agreement with your takes here, I think you people should really look at omni and sand king though. These two offlaners are easily B or A ranks. Omni offers so much burst that he easily bursts most heros mid game and holds his own in lane and sand king is just a annoying to play against and has a strong kit.

I do love your tierlists, but I feel like they can be a bit misleading for an average pub player. For example, Abbadon is the best or the second best offlaner (~54-55% wr) in 7.35c in every bracket but Immortal (still being top 6 there) if you look at Stratz data.

What tier would you consider offlane Elder Titan? He has a good setup spell, a strong ult and he just trashes agility heroes, he's also pretty tanky in the early game and can farm insanely quickly once he hits lvl 20.

He's fine if you have a front-liner. Get Armlet and infest your primal beast mid and you're cruising (especially against stuff like Invoker who's reliant on stuns and magical damage)

What is the revenant brooch providing in Mars's rapier build?

Usually, when mars has enough gold for rapiers and brooch, enemies have a lot of armor which can block up to 75% of your damage, and even higher if it's a very tanky hero like axe with tons of ult stacks or timber. What brooch does is that it changes your damage type from physical to magic, which negates your armor completely. Most heroes have like 25-35% magic resistance without items, so you just do more damage. And even if they use bkb, it raises your magic damage resistance by 50% (which works not like 25%+50%, but a little more differently, which in reality makes your magic resistance about 60% in total), which is not enough to block the damage efficiently enough for you to survive
