I lost 40lbs in the last 4 months. (228 lb -188.8 lb) (January - April) Current routine is doing cardio (burning 1k calories) and weight training. Steve gave me the idea what if I work out twice a day and burn 2k calories from cardio and double the weight training? Is that overkill if I want more results?
