I have been training since I was 14 , now I'm 44. So this kind of volumes are easily achievable if you train hard , sleep well , diet well. I'm talking about volume with quite good quality. Another issue is to be shredded that way and still having energy to train. Unfortunately the industry of fitness is turning into a fake. I mean people competing for small cup using diuretics or drugs just to look the way this industry want them to believe is good. Misusing of protein or supplementation in general and even worse now use of drugs is almost normal. You can see exceptional physiques these days that could have won Mr.O 10 yrs ago declaring natty. :) In any case great video and Steve is one of my favourite in the business My comment has nothing to do with this video , it is just something I needed to write.
