Hi Mike. You are one POWERFUL EXAMPLE to everybody in certain aspects of life. You're so EXTREMELY BLESSED by JESUS CHRIST in everything you do and your HUMBLENESS is on an EXTREMELY RARE level to be the person you are after your whole life's achievements with not only talent alone but dedicated hard work and in such wealthy comfortable life which I've never seen anyone else similar could pull off, because it's not normal life as wealth and comfort = full accomplishment that relaxes the person not to bother being driven... What confuses majority of people about you is your SUPER CONFIDENCE which presents a POWERPOINT factor of you and it's missjudged for "pride, arrogant" ... enough said: You're a TRUE Sigma Male at the very TOP. May JESUS CHRIST BLESS you and your Family to become HIS children receiving ETERNAL LIFE in HEAVEN after this earthly one.

Hey Mike if you’re listening 👂! I’ve just started my ripping diet. I’ve managed to put on a lot of extra muscle from the past six months with minimized fat gain pretty well. This is really the first time I’ve tried you’re ripping diet approach to keep size and strength and I’m very excited because it’s working out so well that I’m actually showing strength gains in some of my exercises including chest. I find that the key thing that’s going to allow me to achieve this goal is the carbs (sugars) I choose to eat for energy. I have researched the lowest insulin responding fruits and blueberries are good but strawberries 🍓 and apples even lower insulin response. I just had a bowl of beans, turkey, eggs with half a yoke with Cayenne pepper to support higher metabolism and turmeric powder and now I’m ready again for some cardio and maybe later some DEADLIFTS 🫵

Tell the girl with the salsa question. The best thing to add is a can of Rotel. Green chilies and red chilies, it'll spice it up a bit Plus at some veggie nutrition. I personally use the mild. It's spicy enough already that mild is perfect to add some flavor. They do make a no salt added version if you're trying to cut the salt, like for me, my blood pressure's high. Im open to advice on that one. How to get the benefits of sodium without the negatives for high blood pressure.

Abs are built in the gym, but revealed in the kitchen. Six pack = low body fat + hypertrophy of abdominal muscles. You need both, not one of the two. You need to train your abs hard in every training session and cut at the same time. Proper nutrition + smart training + supplements (if you've got the extra money) will get you there. Fix your diet first: cut out all junk / processed foods and start eating whole, nutrient-dense foods that support metabolic / gut health. Use progressive overload and focus on multi-joint exercises. Sit-ups, leg raises, and crunches are some of the best exercises for building the abs. If you are a lifter seriously interested in aesthetics / performance / strength, go study Old-School bodybuilding. Old-School bodybuilders were ingenious physique architects. They had a profound knowledge of the principles of proper nutrition, smart supplementation, exercise science, and muscle adaptability. Combining Old-School bodybuilding wisdom with modern, evidence-based science is the best, safest, most effective way to achieve a strong, sexy, healthy, and aesthetic physique. Vintage Physique by George Kelly is a nice read on the topic.

Arnold's old school diet is the key. As far as abs you can do all the progressive overload exercises in the book and you will never see abs pop without getting the layer of fat covering them reduced! Genetics and age plays a big part too.

I don’t get why people are scared to bump up their calories, especially in the off season. You can mitigate fat gain by simply training hard and keep steps relatively high, and it’s setting you up well to have an easier cut.

Exactly. Everyone especially young kids trained 2 years and think they should cut fat lol. Its like nooo you need to get ran out of every all you can eat restaurant and get you deadlift up over 500. Focusing on strength. Stronger movement patterns. I've a million people start working out and they always know where the curl rack is and the machine stuff......but deadlift....whatd that ???? Even the press. Back in the 60s all those strong Olympic lifters were 350 pressers. It was expected. Most people now cant press body weight over head. A 225 press is considered strong now in a commercial gym ha. Ive press 230 and the starting strength folks said i was just getting started.

Do you do anything other than cook & train? Also is your blood sugar stable after eating so many meals? Just hard to believe that eating like that is healthy even though it does seem to keep metabolism high & you have an incredible physique. I don't mean to be critical as you seem like a great guy but who wants to make that type of investment.. Only a very few will ever reach your level. On the other hand it is interesting to see what it takes.. lol
