I’d say the biggest mistake was letting Bellingham be the star man when he didn’t have what it takes to be the main guy. Palmer and gorden should’ve played more and foden should’ve been played in the middle to get used to it from the start but not on the left because he doesn’t even play there for city and im a city fan. He plays in the half space on the right or the right wing if he really has to push out but never on the left

I'm a Utd fan but Trent should have played in midfield as he would have been good for Long Balls to a Target Man or Quick Striker, I remember Schweinsteiger played Right Midfield before he shifted Centrally for the South African World Cup

Exactly and not somebody with zero experience + doesn't meet the criteria set out by the FA, who manages against 3 sh1t teams that couldn't even qualify for the Euros.

@@Bert-lw1otLee Carsley won the u21 euros working with a lot of the young players that are in the senior England set up now, playing against a lot of the young players that are now in every other European countries national teams...I wouldn't say he has "zero experience" with international management at all, and he's ready to progress to the senior level imo

Carsley has 40 caps for Ireland, and he turned down the Irish job. This is a temp job, but I am surprised he has not gone back to club management. Seems like a good man manager.

Too many creative play makers, and not enough direct chance takers in englands euro campaign. I would have loved to see Gordon get at least 15 mins per game. Hopefully this new manager grasps that concept!

I'd take anyone over Gareth Wokegate, and the headlines that he reportedly refuses tp sing the national anthem shows he at least has some backbone..unlike the previous weasel who consistently took the path of least resistance in politics and football. Not a good quality in management, and explains why Wokegate never won anything.
