Hi! I'm so glad you enjoy my recipes! This one is fantastic, too! You can add Irish Cream flavored coffee creamer, or add regular heavy cream with about 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar

Hope this recipe works well for you - the first couple of times I made this, I made the mistake of opening the oven door and underbaking them so the eclairs collapsed. Just make sure to make them until they're golden :)

Hi! Thanks for watching! Yes, you can use regular cream in place of the Irish cream, too! You can add some confectioner's sugar to make it sweet.

You can try using raspberry coulis - crush fresh or frozen raspberries, then press the fruit through a sieve and use a little bit of the sauce.

Irish cream is a creamy, sweet liqueur. If you don't want to use it, a sweet cream or just regular cream will work well, too :)

They'll be good for 2 to 3 days. You can use sweetened condensed milk in place of the cream. For the raspberry powder, maybe try adding a few drops of red food coloring and raspberry extract?

Hi Tatyana, I tried to make the pistachio cream, it went perfect at the beginning, but when I added in the heavy cream, it started getting more and more liquid, and finally became a sort of granulated liquid 😟 do you think it may be because my pistachios weren't crushed enough? What can I do to make it fluffy like it should ?

Hi! So sorry that your cream didn't turn out! Was your cream chilled? Maybe it was too warm and melted? If that happens, you can try refrigerating for a couple hours and whisking again

I'm so sorry that happened! How long did you cook the dough once you added the flour? Maybe the eggs you used were a little bit bigger than mine. You can try adding more flour to fix the dough

Hi! :) Mascarpone is the best substitute. In the US, mascarpone is much more expensive than Philadelphia cheese so I use it most often in recipes
