speaking of mistakes (another mistake: accidentally deleted the voice recording taking about the mistake), i was going to make pizza with this dough but on pizza night, my entire floor’s fuse went off because my oven got too hot while preheating, camera battery died and there was no electricity for 3 hrs leading to me making focaccia in the morning CAUSE YOU CAN NEVER GO WRONG WITH FOCACCIA hehe

Great videos. Love the vibes. Anyway, I have tried baking pizza from scratch before. Tried many AP+Whole wheat doughs but never got those damn yeasty bubbles. Can you recommend any good AP(All purpose) flour brand as well as any yeast brand?

just regular ap flour (trick is to rest the dough in the fridge for atleast 24hrs trust me you’ll get those bubbles) my Amazon store is linked in the description box, you can find the yeast there
